I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the help and customer service I got both online and in the Cambridge store. I bought the Keen Arroyo footwear you suggested and they have been fantastic. My orthotic insoles fitted in without any problems and I've been wearing them all day every day (just about) without socks and it's been great.
